David Brownell

David Brownell has been with the company since 1981. His tremendous knowledge of digital technologies and applications, digital plan rooms, and the relationship of the Internet to our clients is unmatched, to say nothing of his complete understanding of the printing industry in general.

Make no mistake, David is the consummate reprographic professional. Not only has he worked every facet of Crest Graphics business, including operations, finance, sales, sales management, marketing, purchasing, and human resources, his passion for customer service has grown to become an all-important part of the Crest Graphics management philosophy.

A graduate of the American Reprographics Company Future Leaders Academy, David has spoken on many panels for the International Reprographic Association. He also volunteers his time to the Construction Institute of the University of Hartford, where he serves on the Technology Committee, and is an active member of the Society of Marketing and Professional Services (SMPS).

David resides in Simsbury, CT, after a family move from Rochester, NY. He is an avid golfer, a past President and Tournament Chairman of the Simsbury Farm’s Men’s Club, and currently serves as Vice President of the New England Public Golf Association. He also takes great pride in his work with the Simsbury Beautification Committee.

Sheri Dupuis
Customer Relations Representative

Sheri came to Crest Graphics in November of 2000 and immediately started working in Customer Service, and since has established many great relationships with our customers. Since then, she moved onto the Accounting Department where she gained exceptional knowledge of our intricate accounting system. As you can see she wears many hats here, but presently she focuses her attention on Inside Sales bringing in new business where she has succeeded time and time again.

She is currently living in Meriden, CT and is happily married to her husband Todd and has two adorable sons Brandon and Sean.

Jeremy Hernandez
PlanWell Administrator

Jeremy has been in the reprographics business since 1994; originally working for Reprographics Unlimited in Glastonbury, CT as a Diazo print operator. As print and document management technology evolved, so did his expertise in large and small format document printing, digital document management, and bid distribution solutions.

With more than a decade of experience under his belt, Jeremy has a comprehensive understanding of the AEC bidding process. In his role as PlanWell administrator he works closely with content providers and subcontractors to ensure that bidders have rapid access to the documents they need to prepare their bids quickly, efficiently, and most importantly: accurately.

In addition to document management, and customer care responsibilities in-office, Jeremy, being pretty handy with a screw driver, also provides on site service for Crest's large format FM program.

Jeremy and wife Sarah live in Bristol CT. Since 2005 they have been Wheeler Clinic specialized care foster parents, and have invited many wonderful children into their home.

Jamie Fox
Color Graphics Manager

Jamie has been working at Crest Graphics since 1995. His expertise in the graphics field, whether it be a technical issue, a color matching challenge, a solution for a customers needs or the finishing end of a project, Jamie continues to be an important part of the Crest Graphics Team. With a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts and Majoring in Graphic Design at Central Connecticut State University, Jamie came to Crest Graphics with plenty of experience and continues to excel in his position as he heads up the color department.

Living in Avon, CT Jamie is happily married to his wife Jody. They have two beautiful children, a son Charlie and a daughter Payton.

Annette Higley
Color Graphics Specialist

Annette worked at Crest Graphics back in 1994 in the Customer Service Department and now is back, working in the Color Department and loving it! With a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from Central Connecticut State University, learning the ropes in this department came very easily with the background she came with, along with the guidance from Jamie Fox, she now can handle anything that comes her way.

She is currently living in Farmington, CT and is happily married to her husband Al and have two beautiful daughters Rachel and Sarah.
